Get or set cell level metadata for the Sparse slot of an ScMaSigPro object.

cSparse(object, value = "missing")

Arguments

object

An object of class ScMaSigPro.

value

The new value for the `colData` slot of Sparse. (When Setting)

Value

`colData` for the `Sparse` Slot.
