Set the data for Dense Slot

Set cell level metadata for the Dense slot of an ScMaSigPro object.

cDense(object) <- value

Arguments

object

An object of class ScMaSigPro.

value

The new value for the `colData` slot. (When Setting)

Value

Modified `ScMaSigPro` object when setting.
