OmicsBox scRNA-Seq Data Analysis Webinar
As the lead developer for Monocle3 in OmicsBox, I was one of the lead presenters for the webinar on scRNA-Seq data analysis using OmicsBox. The webinar was attended by 100+ participants from various research institutions and universities across the globe. It covered the basics of scRNA-Seq data analysis, including data preprocessing, quality control, clustering, differential expression analysis, and trajectory Analysis.

scRNA-Seq Data Analysis workshop Valencia
It was a three-day workshop for over 10 PhD students, focusing on single-cell data analysis using R, Python and OmicsBox. I designed the content and slides for the workshop, ensuring a comprehensive curriculum that covered key aspects of the subject. In addition to presenting the material, I led hands-on training sessions to enhance the participants’ practical skills. Furthermore, I managed and maintained Docker containers for the participants, enabling streamlined data analysis on our in-house servers and ensuring a robust and efficient research environment.

Workshop in Drug Discovery Technology
While pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, I was an active member of our University’s Bioinformatics Club. This involvement provided numerous opportunities to instruct and train first-year students on essential bioinformatics tools such as BLAST, PyMOL, AutoDock, Chimera, and Schrödinger. My undergraduate degree projects primarily focused on structural bioinformatics and computational drug design (CADD). Consequently, I was given the opportunity by BDG LifeSciences Pvt. Ltd. to manage and train participants in a two-day workshop on CADD. This workshop, held in New Delhi, attracted over 50 participants who attended in person for the practical sessions.
